This policy explains what personal data NOCTURA collects on this website, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible
The controller of your data is Oleksandr Chernysh, operating the NOCTURA pre-launch website. Contact: noctura.eu@gmail.com.
NOCTURA is not yet a registered company. This notice will be updated with the company’s legal name and address once it is registered.
What we collect
Your email address, when you join the waitlist in the “Reserve” window.
Usage data (pages viewed, clicks on the Reserve button, form submissions, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address) through Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager, only if you allow analytics cookies.
We do not collect payment details. There is no checkout on this website.
Why we use it
To email you when NOCTURA’s first batch is available and to send your 10% discount for your first order.
To measure interest in NOCTURA and improve the website and our advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): you give it by submitting your email or by accepting analytics cookies. You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting anything done before.
How long we keep it
Your email is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and at the latest 12 months after the product launch. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Who processes it for us
Framer (website hosting and the waitlist form) and Google (Analytics, Tag Manager). They act on our instructions. Some of them may process data outside the EU under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
To use any of these rights, write to noctura.eu@gmail.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your EU country.
Cookies
Analytics cookies are used only with your consent and can be refused or withdrawn at any time in your browser settings.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
